Pickering Cottage is a grade II listed terraced property and lies within the historic core of the town centre. Situated on the south of Burgate St which leads off the top of Market Place. The cottage is perfectly situated for a gentle stroll into the historic town centre on Market Day on Monday or if you are in town for the Farmer's market on the first Thursday of each month.
The cottage is a charming Stone built cottage circa. 1880, sleeps 4 and has been tastefully decorated which allows the resident to gently relax in the peaceful environment of the historic Pickering town centre.
The property boasts a fully fitted traditional kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. On the first floor a double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor is the main double bedroom. Gas central heating.
There is a nicely presented back yard with secure storage for bikes and access through to Willowgate.
